Southern Europe Training Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative training programs and initiatives to meet current and future business objectives.
2. Lead and inspire the Southern European team with strong leadership and project management skills.
3. Maintain and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
4. Identify and address areas of improvement and innovation in training programs.
5. Monitor and assess the success of training programs to ensure progress is made and objectives are met.
6. Manage the budget for training programs.
7. Foster a learning-focused culture to ensure the team remains motivated and engaged.
8. Communicate training objectives and progress to team members and other stakeholders.
9. Utilize creative and proactive problem-solving strategies.
10. Remain up-to-date on the latest industry trends and techniques.
