Senior Sales Assistant

LOEWE is looking for a Senior Sales Assistant who has a passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to create a unique shopping experience for our customers.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, who has the ability to give clients a personalized experience and build relationships with them. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the LOEWE brand and products, and be able to effectively communicate this to customers.The Senior Sales Assistant should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, the successful candidate should have a genuine interest in luxury fashion and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating a unique shopping experience for customers.
2. Possess a deep understanding of the LOEWE brand and products and be able to effectively communicate this to clients.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Work well independently and as part of a team.
6. Manage inventory and ensure all items are accurately priced and properly stocked.
7. Assist with daily operations and ensure store looks professional and inviting at all times.
8. Use customer relations management systems to process orders, manage customer data, and track sales.
9. Assist in creating visually appealing window displays.
10. Process payments, handle returns, and handle any customer inquiries.
