Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to drive sales.The ideal candidate should have at least one year of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for fashion trends. We are looking for someone with an upbeat attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Help customers select merchandise based on their individual needs and desires
3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
4. Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor
5. Process customer orders and payments
6. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases
7. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints immediately
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and fashion trends
9. Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals
10. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet business needs
11. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
12. Proficient in a foreign language is a plus
