Are you an experienced, motivated Quality and After Sales International Specialist? We at LOEWE are looking for a highly organized professional to join our team and help us to ensure our customers have the best possible experience.This position offers the chance to be part of a successful, fast-paced, global organization with excellent career prospects. The Quality and After Sales International Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a quality assurance and after sales program, in line with international standards.We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who has experience in the relevant fields, a good understanding of international regulations, and a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service. An excellent eye for detail and strong communication and organizational skills are also essential. A degree in a relevant field or a certification in quality assurance or after sales management would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a quality assurance and after sales program in accordance with international standards.
  2. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance to ensure the highest standards are met.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide solutions.
  6. Communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure adequate service delivery.
  7. Monitor and track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  8. Maintain customer service records and documentation.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop and implement customer service training programs.
