Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is looking for a Sourcing Manager - Marketing & Legal to join our team and help drive our global sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in both the legal and marketing sectors, and demonstrate a proven track record of success in sourcing, procurement and negotiation. If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, then this may be the perfect role for you.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the best value solutions and can think strategically to identify opportunities and risks associated with sourcing decisions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our business and help shape the future of the Group. The ideal candidate should have:• A degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, and negotiation experience• Strong understanding of legal and commercial contracts• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure solutions to complex problems• Experience in the financial services sector is desirableIf you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role, we’d love to hear from you.
