  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct audits and reviews of processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and track performance metrics related to quality.
  5. Design and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of systems and processes.
  6. Provide guidance and support to teams to help them understand and implement quality standards.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to quality assurance.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and standards related to quality management.
  10. Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of quality standards and goals.
  12. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and procedures.
  13. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality assurance.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve quality management processes to meet changing business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Processes And Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 9001.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
