  1. Lead and drive the development of embedded finance products for Lloyds Banking Group.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the financial industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to develop and launch new products.
  4. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  5. Work closely with senior leadership to secure resources and support for product development initiatives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the embedded finance space.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  9. Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, including post-launch monitoring and enhancements.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in embedded finance, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
  12. Represent Lloyds Banking Group at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and brand.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to develop product messaging and positioning strategies.
  14. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on a regular basis.
  15. Drive a customer-centric approach, gathering feedback and incorporating it into product development and improvements.
