  1. Develop and design innovative and user-friendly products for our Channel Experience and Retirement Platforms that align with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
  3. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the user experience.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the product's functionality and features.
  5. Ensure all designs are in line with industry best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and innovations to incorporate into product design.
  7. Act as a design expert and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  8. Conduct usability testing and gather insights to make data-driven design decisions.
  9. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality designs.
  11. Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers in the team.
  13. Stay informed about competitor products and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  14. Contribute to the development and evolution of design processes and workflows.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Channel Experience And Retirement Platforms, Including User Needs And Industry Trends.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
