
Personal Assistant - Divisional Finance Director

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divisional Finance Director.
- Manage the Director's schedule and appointments, ensuring they are well-organized and prioritized.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for the Director.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all communications, both internal and external, for the Director.
- Manage and maintain the Director's contacts and database.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with budget management and financial reporting for the division.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and taking minutes.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects and initiatives.
- Liaise and collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and trends relevant to the role.
- Attend to any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Director.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
