  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive financial success and enhance customer experience across all banking products.
  2. Oversee and manage all financial operations related to customer engagement, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and cost savings.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of department goals.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance and customer engagement, and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for financial objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and target market to inform financial strategies.
  9. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  10. Represent the company in external meetings and events to promote the brand and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify and mitigate potential financial risks and issues.
  13. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Finance, With At Least 5 Years In A Customer-Facing Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, As Well As The Banking Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
