- Develop and lead the customer engagement strategy for the finance division, ensuring alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative and effective approaches to engage and connect with customers, including through digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Establish performance metrics and standards for customer engagement and regularly report on progress to senior management.
- Lead and manage a team of customer engagement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers, to drive collaboration and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer engagement and integrate them into the company's strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to customer engagement and data privacy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our customer engagement initiatives and build brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a role model for the company's core values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Position.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Management Principles And Practices, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Customer Engagement Strategies And Initiatives, Preferably Within The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Non-Finance Professionals.
