In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient, professional and accurate advice.You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential and a strong understanding of customer service principles and processes is preferred.
