  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer communications strategy that aligns with Lloyds Banking Group's overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their priorities and develop targeted communication plans that effectively engage and inform employees, customers and stakeholders.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on communication best practices and industry trends.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  5. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across all channels.
  7. Develop and manage a budget for consumer communications activities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  8. Identify and proactively manage potential reputational risks, providing timely and effective communication responses to maintain brand integrity.
  9. Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential issues.
  10. Lead and coach a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, support and development opportunities to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in communications, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Communications Business Partner - Consumer, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Be Able To Effectively Articulate Ideas, Build Relationships, And Present Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Experience In Consumer Communications: Lloyds Banking Group Is Seeking A Candidate With Experience In Consumer Communications, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Developing And Implementing Communication Strategies For Consumer Products And Services, As Well As Crisis Communication Management.

  • Stakeholder Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internally And Externally. They Should Have The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Effective Communication Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • Strategic Thinking: As A Communications Business Partner, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Communication Strategies Aligned With The Overall Business Objectives Of Lloyds Banking Group. They Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Drive Initiatives That Support The Company's Goals And Vision.

  • Media Relations: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Media Relations And Experience In Managing Media Inquiries And Interviews. They Should Be Able To Proactively Identify Potential Media Opportunities And Have The Skills To Handle Media Crises Effectively.
