- Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution and delivery.
- Monitor and track campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve future communication efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer communication and provide guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure all communications comply with industry standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in communication strategies and processes.
- Represent Lloyds Banking Group in external communications and events as needed.
- Mentor and coach junior team members and provide support to their professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills With The Ability To Create Engaging And Persuasive Content.
Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans To Support Business Objectives.
