We are looking for a passionate, experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Customer Engagement Development to join Lloyds Banking Group. This individual will be responsible for driving customer engagement initiatives across our organization to ensure customer satisfaction.The successful candidate will have a combination of strategic, operational and customer-focused skills, a creative vision and must be able to effectively collaborate with other teams. Ideally, you will have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years’ experience in customer engagement, customer experience, customer strategy, or related areas.We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who will bring energy, enthusiasm and a customer-centric approach to this role.
