Assistant Marketing Manager Engagement

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Assistant Marketing Manager Engagement to join the Lloyds Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement initiatives to increase the customer base, build brand loyalty and develop the customer experience. You will be a key part of the marketing team, working closely with other departments, external agencies and suppliers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or communications, ideally within the financial services sector. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
