
Coordinator, Global Archival Mastering
Manages the creation of all purchase orders for the Global Archival Mastering team. Works closely with Accounts Payable and vendors to ensure all invoices are properly received and processed. Asset management ensuring that all final assets are properly logged in and assessable for Lionsgate Distribution requirements. Coordinate and track delivery of assets to and from numerous outside vendors. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all delivery documents, QC reports, and accessibility files (captions and subtitles) within the Global Content Delivery database. Works with other departments to provide updates on asset availability for distribution requirements. In charge of creating monthly status reports on the Global Archival Mastering Team for distribution and departmental oversight.
A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably entertainment based
Familiar with SAP and creation of purchase orders
Experience in reading and understanding Quality Control reports
Technical knowledge of video and audio assets required for distribution
