As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies to our customers. - Receive and process incoming orders for medical equipment and supplies.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all orders before they are shipped out.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including proper storage and labeling of products.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill orders and meet shipment deadlines.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
- Perform quality control checks on all equipment and supplies before they are shipped.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Use warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store products.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Continuously monitor and report any damaged or defective products.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Prioritize and manage tasks effectively to meet daily and weekly goals.
- Follow all company guidelines for safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Strong Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, With Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Order Fulfillment Processes.
Physical Ability To Perform Manual Labor: The Role Of A Warehouse Associate Often Involves Heavy Lifting, Loading And Unloading Of Trucks, And Moving Large, Bulky Items. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform Manual Labor For Extended Periods Of Time.
Familiarity With Warehouse Equipment: Lincare Holdings May Use Various Equipment Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Hand Trucks In Their Warehouse Operations. Candidates Should Have Experience Operating These Types Of Equipment And Possess The Necessary Certifications.
Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: Warehouse Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records, Picking And Packing Orders, And Ensuring The Proper Storage And Handling Of Products. Candidates Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills To Perform These Tasks Efficiently.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Abilities: As Part Of A Warehouse Team, Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Other Departments. They Should Also Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment, Collaborating With Others To Meet Deadlines And Complete Tasks.
