  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.
  2. Perform technical services and repairs on healthcare equipment.
  3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  7. Continuously strive to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to assess and address their needs.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
  10. Complete all required training and certifications to maintain knowledge and skills in the field.
  11. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
  13. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role
