  1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of home medical equipment for patients in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
  2. Respond promptly to service requests from patients and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with their equipment.
  3. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery and set-up of equipment for new patients.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new equipment to provide the best possible service to patients.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of equipment.
  11. Remain flexible and adapt to changing work demands and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Service Tech I - Phc Should Have A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Knowledge And Skills.

  • Previous Experience In Healthcare Industry: Prior Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Home Care Setting, Is A Desirable Qualification For This Role.
