- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on equipment usage, maintenance, and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery and set-up of equipment for new patients.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Service Tech I - Phc Should Have A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Knowledge And Skills.
Previous Experience In Healthcare Industry: Prior Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In A Home Care Setting, Is A Desirable Qualification For This Role.
Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills: The Service Tech I - Phc Should Possess Strong Mechanical And Technical Skills To Troubleshoot And Repair Home Medical Equipment.
