  1. Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  3. Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and oxygen therapy as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  5. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and self-care techniques.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  9. Keep abreast of new developments and advancements in respiratory therapy and incorporate them into practice.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of respiratory care services at Lincare Holdings.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Keep confidential patient information secure at all times.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current License To Practice As A Respiratory Therapist Or Registered Nurse In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls).

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
