  1. Conduct pulmonary rehabilitation services for patients with respiratory conditions in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
  3. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  4. Educate patients on proper breathing techniques, exercise regimens, and lifestyle modifications to improve their respiratory function and overall health.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of pulmonary rehabilitation.
  8. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and enhancement of pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the quality of care provided to patients.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the values and standards of Lincare Holdings.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  14. Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements related to the provision of pulmonary rehabilitation services.
  15. Act as a positive role model and mentor for other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field.

  • Current Certification As A Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Or Certified Respiratory Therapist (Crt).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Pulmonary Rehabilitation Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pulmonary Diseases And Their Treatments.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
