Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or A Related Field: A Pulmo Rehab Specialist At Lincare Holdings Should Have A Strong Educational Foundation In Respiratory Therapy To Effectively Work With Patients.
State Licensure Or Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Valid State License Or Certification As A Respiratory Therapist, As Required By The State In Which They Will Be Working.
Knowledge Of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Techniques And Best Practices To Provide High-Quality Care To Patients.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Particularly In Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Is Preferred For This Role.
