Pharmacy Associate

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Associate to join the team at Lincare Holdings. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy operations • Ensure that medications are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner • Handle customer service inquiries and provide accurate information • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the pharmacy is adequately stocked • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations • Prepare and process insurance claims • Assist with the onboarding process for new pharmacists and technicians • Keep abreast of new developments in pharmacy operations and laws
