  1. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to generate sales opportunities.

  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive sales growth.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

  7. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and achieve overall team goals.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report them to management.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  11. Represent Lincare Holdings at industry events and conferences.
  12. Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of Lincare Holdings' products and services.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  15. Act as a positive ambassador for Lincare Holdings, promoting our values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Outside Sales, Preferably In The Medical Equipment Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Build Relationships With Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: It Is Crucial For The Outside Sales Representative To Have A Strong Understanding Of The Medical Equipment They Will Be Selling. This Includes Knowledge Of The Product Features, Benefits, And Competitive Landscape. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate With Potential Customers And Address Any Questions Or Concerns.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact With Customers, The Outside Sales Representative Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Articulate Product Information Clearly, And Build Rapport With Customers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Sales Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In Their Previous Roles. This Shows Their Ability To Close Deals And Generate Revenue, Which Is Essential For The Success Of The Company.

  • Strong Work Ethic And Self-Motivation: Outside Sales Can Be A Demanding And Competitive Field, Requiring A High Level Of Dedication And Self-Motivation.
