  1. Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their individual needs and health goals.
  2. Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans as needed.
  3. Provide education and guidance to patients on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  5. Conduct nutrition assessments and evaluations to identify any potential issues or concerns.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current nutritional guidelines and research to ensure the most effective and evidence-based practices are being used.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns.
  9. Assist in developing and implementing nutrition-related programs and initiatives for the organization.
  10. Act as a resource and support for other healthcare professionals on nutrition-related matters.
  11. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines when working with patient information.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach when working with patients to build trust and rapport.
  14. Adhere to all regulations and standards related to nutrition and healthcare.
  15. Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage for patients' nutrition services.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflecting the values and mission of the organization.
  17. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the nutrition program and patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or Related Field

  • Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Rdn) Certification

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Clinical Nutrition Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Medical Nutrition Therapy And Ability To Develop Individualized Nutrition Plans

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Counsel Patients On Nutrition And Dietary Needs.
