Look no further, as Lincare Holdings is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers through phone and email communication. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and drive sales through excellent communication and customer service skills.   1. Conduct sales activities through phone and email communication to promote and sell company products and services.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in order to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  3. Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products and services to potential customers.
  4. Identify and target new sales opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively present and negotiate sales proposals.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions in order to identify potential sales opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  9. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  12. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with team members and supervisors.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
