  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and goals of the organization.
  2. Partner with managers to understand their department needs and provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution as needed.
  4. Conduct regular trainings and workshops on various HR topics such as performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion.
  5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  6. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update company policies and procedures.
  8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR initiatives.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting employee engagement and recognition programs.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  13. Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.
  14. Manage and resolve any employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Hr Business Partner At Lincare Holdings Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Human Resources Or A Related Field. This Will Ensure That They Have A Solid Understanding Of Hr Principles And Practices.

  • Previous Experience In A Similar Role: Lincare Holdings Is Seeking Candidates With Previous Experience As A Hr Business Partner Or In A Similar Hr Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate A Candidate's Proficiency In Handling Various Hr Functions And Their Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Hr Business Partner, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential In Building Relationships With Employees, Managers, And Other Stakeholders. Candidates Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Concisely, And Have The Ability To Resolve Conflicts And Negotiate With Others.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: Lincare Holdings Requires Candidates To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Equal Employment Opportunity, Wage And Hour Laws, And Other Relevant Legislation.
