
HR Business Partner

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee complaints and concerns
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract top talent and support the recruitment process
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective performance management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
- Proactively identify and address employee development needs through training, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Act as a change agent, driving a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication, employee engagement, and recognition programs
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Generalist Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of An Organization.
Experience In Handling Employee Relations Issues, Performance Management, And Talent Development.
