  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organizational success
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract top talent and support the recruitment process
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective performance management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
  • Proactively identify and address employee development needs through training, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
  • Act as a change agent, driving a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication, employee engagement, and recognition programs
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Generalist Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of An Organization.

  • Experience In Handling Employee Relations Issues, Performance Management, And Talent Development.
