As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources.   1. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  4. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  6. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  7. Oversee the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
  8. Conduct employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  9. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  10. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's mission and values.
  14. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With All Levels Of Employees And Management.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
