- Analyze HR metrics: Use data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously improve: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance HR processes and procedures to better support the company's goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Objectives.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
