  1. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with company leaders.
  2. Partner with leaders to identify and address HR needs and challenges within the organization.
  3. Drive employee engagement by developing and implementing effective strategies and programs.
  4. Utilize strong business acumen to understand the company's goals and objectives and align HR initiatives accordingly.
  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  8. Develop and implement employee development and training programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop solutions to improve overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling employee relations issues and providing effective solutions.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance company policies and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
  14. Support and promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  15. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Generalist Or Business Partner Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
