As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders.   1. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders to ensure alignment of HR practices with company goals and objectives.
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop customized HR solutions to support their teams.
  3. Act as a point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to create and implement programs and initiatives to attract, retain and develop top talent.
  6. Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  7. Facilitate performance management processes, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
  8. Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume reviews, and interviewing.
  9. Lead employee relations efforts, addressing employee concerns and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, and ADA.
  11. Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.
  13. Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  16. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all HR-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Hr Strategy Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Programs And Initiatives To Support Company Goals And Objectives.
