Job Description

Welcome to Lincare Holdings, a leading provider of respiratory care and home medical equipment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team and play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving organizational success.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing guidance and support in all areas of HR including but not limited to talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  3. Partner with department managers to understand their business needs and provide HR solutions and support to meet those needs.
  4. Drive employee engagement and promote a positive and inclusive company culture through various initiatives and programs.
  5. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR processes and procedures across the organization.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within the organization.
  7. Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing coaching and counseling, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  8. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  9. Conduct regular training and development programs for employees and managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  10. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  12. Use data and analytics to identify HR trends and insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance the overall employee experience and make Lincare a great place to work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably As A Business Partner Or In A Similar Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition Processes.
