Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Or Generalist Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Procedures To Support Business Goals And Objectives.
