  1. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
  2. Educate and support patients and their families.
  3. Serve as a liaison between hospitals and Lincare Holdings.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless transition of care for patients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies and regulations.
  6. Actively promote Lincare's services and products to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  9. Monitor and track patient progress and outcomes.
  10. Conduct presentations and trainings on Lincare's services and products.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for reaching out to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  13. Attend meetings and conferences to stay informed on industry developments.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve patient care and services.
  15. Uphold Lincare's values and mission statement in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Liaison Or Sales Role.

  • Knowledge Of Hospital Operations And Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Hospital Staff And Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
