- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions with hospitals, patients, and providers.
- Collaborate with other members of the Lincare Holdings team to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care and healthcare practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Liaison Or Patient Relations Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations, Including Discharge Planning, Insurance Billing And Coding, And Medical Terminology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Maintain Professional Relationships With Hospital Staff, Patients, And Their Families.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements In The Healthcare Industry, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid Regulations.
