  1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote Lincare's products and services.
  2. Identify and assess patient needs to determine appropriate equipment and services needed for their respiratory care.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
  4. Educate patients and their families on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, as well as any necessary follow-up care.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the patient, their family, and Lincare to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  7. Monitor patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals to provide updates and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and equipment usage.
  9. Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to promote Lincare's services to potential patients and healthcare facilities.
  10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: A Hospital Liaison At Lincare Holdings Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Healthcare Laws, Regulations, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Position Requires Frequent Communication With Hospital Staff, Physicians, And Patients. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Sales And Marketing Experience: Hospital Liaisons Are Responsible For Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Hospitals And Referral Sources. Previous Experience In Sales And Marketing Is Preferred To Effectively Promote Lincare's Services.

  • Clinical Background: A Background In Healthcare, Such As Nursing Or Respiratory Therapy, Is Preferred For This Role. This Ensures A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Healthcare Professionals.
