Health Care Specialist

Responsibilities of a Health Care Specialist:

1. Provide high quality patient care to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic medical records and health information systems.
3. Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient information.
4. Adhere to all applicable safety, health, and infection control standards.
5. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
6. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
7. Assist with the scheduling of appointments and managing patient flow.
8. Properly document patient visits in the medical record.
9. Assist in providing patient education and resources.
10. Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
