As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the necessary medical supplies in a timely and efficient manner.   1. Safely transport and deliver medical equipment and supplies to designated locations within the community.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all delivery orders and required documentation.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure proper inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders.
  6. Report any delivery or equipment issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to maintain patient confidentiality.
  8. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and respect for patients and their families at all times.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery processes and provide feedback to management.
  10. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to driving and transportation of medical equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record: A Delivery Driver For Medical Equipment Must Have A Valid Driver's License And A Clean Driving Record To Ensure Safe And Efficient Transportation Of Equipment To Various Locations.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Equipment And How To Properly Handle And Transport It. This Includes Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Handling Instructions.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: Delivery Drivers May Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Medical Equipment, So Physical Stamina And Strength Are Important Qualifications For This Job.

  • Customer Service Skills: Delivery Drivers Will Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Patients, So They Should Possess Strong Customer Service Skills In Order To Provide A Positive Experience For The Customer.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: Delivery Drivers Must Be Able To Efficiently Plan And Navigate Their Routes To Ensure On-Time Delivery Of Medical Equipment. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.
