  1. Deliver and set up medical equipment for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure accurate and safe delivery of equipment to designated locations.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide instructions for the use of medical equipment.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
  6. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the appropriate department.
  7. Keep accurate records of deliveries and patient interactions.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient delivery routes and schedules.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to any patient inquiries or concerns.
  10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding equipment delivery and usage.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on new equipment and protocols.
  13. Represent the company in a positive manner and uphold its reputation in the community.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Valid Driver's License: A Delivery Driver - Medical Equipment Must Possess A Valid Driver's License In Order To Operate Company Vehicles And Transport Medical Equipment To Various Locations.

  • Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For This Position, As The Delivery Driver Will Be Responsible For The Safe Transportation Of Valuable Medical Equipment.

  • Medical Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Its Proper Handling And Storage Is Necessary For A Delivery Driver In Order To Ensure The Safe Delivery And Setup Of Equipment For Patients.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Stamina And The Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Medical Equipment, Often In And Out Of The Delivery Vehicle And Into Patients' Homes Or Medical Facilities.

  • Customer Service Skills: A Delivery Driver - Medical Equipment Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills In Order To Interact With Patients And Medical Professionals In A Professional And Courteous Manner While Making Deliveries And Installations.
