  1. Safely transport medical equipment and supplies to homes and healthcare facilities.
  2. Set up medical equipment in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate delivery and setup schedules.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from patients or healthcare professionals.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and team members.
  7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and equipment inventory.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
  9. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
  11. Represent Lincare Holdings in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  13. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to medical equipment delivery.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License: A Delivery Driver For Medical Equipment Must Possess A Valid Driver's License In Order To Operate A Company Vehicle And Safely Transport Equipment To Clients.

  • Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For A Delivery Driver, As They Will Be Responsible For Safely Transporting Delicate Medical Equipment To Various Locations. Any Past Traffic Violations Or Accidents Could Disqualify A Candidate From The Position.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Equipment And Its Proper Handling And Storage. This Knowledge Will Ensure That The Equipment Is Transported And Delivered In A Safe And Timely Manner.

  • Physical Fitness: The Job Of A Delivery Driver For Medical Equipment May Involve Lifting And Moving Heavy Or Bulky Equipment. As Such, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Maneuver Equipment Safely.

  • Customer Service Skills: Delivery Drivers Will Interact With Clients And Patients On A Regular Basis, So Strong Customer Service Skills Are Important. This Includes Being Friendly, Helpful, And Professional At All Times.
