Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, responding efficiently to queries, and resolving any issues.
  3. Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized customer service.
  4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
  5. Monitor customer feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest solutions.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Lincare Holdings products and services.
  7. Update customer records with all interactions and changes.
  8. Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
  9. Assist in the training and development of new customer service team members.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
