Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, responding efficiently to queries, and resolving any issues.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and personalized customer service.

- Assist in the training and development of new customer service team members.
