Job Description

At Lincare Holdings, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and must be able to work well independently and as part of a team. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to providing superior customer service, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service. In addition to possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must also be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner. You must be able to quickly assess customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to stay current with industry knowledge and trends in order to best assist customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries with prompt, accurate and courteous responses.
  2. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service.
  4. Quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions.
  5. Stay current with industry knowledge and trends in order to best assist customers.
  6. Participate as a member of a team in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate channels as needed.
