  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding the customer's needs.
  4. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Assist customers in ordering and obtaining necessary medical equipment and supplies.
  6. Educate customers on the use and maintenance of respiratory care equipment.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
  9. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
  13. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
