  1. Greet and welcome incoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate respiratory care services and medical equipment for their needs.
  4. Process orders and coordinate delivery and setup of equipment for customers.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized customer records and documentation.
  6. Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service.
  9. Keep up-to-date with company policies, services, and products to better assist customers.
  10. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
  11. Act as a liaison between customers and third-party insurance providers.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience.
  13. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and procedures.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
