  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and provide product recommendations.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
  5. Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our customer management system.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, to protect customer information.
  11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide exceptional service.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

  14. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
