  3. Process orders and requests for medical equipment and supplies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively assist customers.
  5. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact information and service requests.
  9. Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives set by the company.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to customers.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer service experience and provide feedback to management.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
  13. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
