- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the DME center, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Provide strong leadership to the team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

Strong Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Durable Medical Equipment Center.
Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Experience With Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Inventory Management.
