As the Center Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our DME center, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, and driving the growth of our business.   1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the DME center, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  4. Provide strong leadership to the team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  5. Foster a customer-focused culture within the center, ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and improve overall center performance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and changes to regulations and policies that may impact the DME center.
  10. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements.
  11. Participate in budget planning and manage expenses to meet financial goals.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders, including providing regular updates and reports on center performance.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Durable Medical Equipment Center.

  • Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Inventory Management.
