Job Description

As the Center Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of medical equipment and supplies to our patients. We are looking for someone with strong management skills and a background in the durable medical equipment industry.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including managing staff, inventory, and equipment.
  2. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of medical equipment and supplies to patients in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
  5. Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and sales, to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue.
  7. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and patient information in compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to patient care and safety.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement, including identifying new products and services to meet patient needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Durable Medical Equipment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance Regulations And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
